You'll have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at or associated stores.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging.  

To complete your return we'll require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or confirmation number.

Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer or warehouse.


Once your return is received and inspected we'll send an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. If  approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund, please first contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.

We only replace items if they're delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If you receive a refund for any reason other than replacing a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. l

Any attempts to return or exchange an item in person will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you're shipping an item over $75 we recomend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
